Flop or Shop: Crafter’s Companion Gift Bag Paper Pad

Crafter’s Companion Gift Bag Paper Pad
I was shopping online and came across this Crafter’s Companion Gift Bag Paper Pad, and was intrigued. I thought this would be a great product to review for my Flop or Shop series. This paper pad makes 36 bags, and comes with 36 matching die-cut gift tags.
The paper pad is approximately $14.99, so an assembled gift bag with matching gift tag costs about 41 cents each.
Putting the Gift Bag Together
I tore out one of the gift bag sheets, and reinforced all the score lines with my bone folder. Then I added 1/2″ double-sided adhesive tape to the flap, and then adhered the bag together.
To create the bottom of the bag, I tucked in the small tabs first, then the one that looks like a goal post, then slid the one with the tab under the goal post opening. I did not add glue to the bottom, but you could definitely add glue or double-sided tape to reinforce the bottom of the bag.
I punched out one of the matching gift tags and added it to the gift bag using Lavender Sari Ribbon from Joggles.com. This gorgeous ribbon was a perfect match for this gift bag.

4 1/8" W x 7 1/8" H x 1 5/8" D - With Handles
4 1/8" W x 5" H x 1 5/8" D - Without Handles
